The rich are people like other persons and they mean well especially to their own families but they do get momentarily upset when things don't go exactly right. It's better to have them in your care for an hour so they can relax and calm down if the route looks unfamiliar or if the car is a couple minutes late. I really do the best I can to be on time and render effective and unobtrusive service. And they expect to be treated like royalty occasionally but mainly they just want to live the good life without trouble or delay.

Travel time is almost always exactly the same day to day year after year. I feel sometimes that rate of speed can appear slower or faster. The road seems more steep, and the curves tighter. It's like gauging water temperature with my fingers, it's an illusion. I measure the miles and watch the clock. I've gathered information over the years and I can rely on my observations.

There are boundaries, subtle social edges, a vocabulary and a theme set that is appropriate. When the client feels comfortable that I'm not asking personal questions, initiating conversation, instigating controversial topics, they sometimes engage in conversation. Relatively speaking it's a lot cheaper to live in the midwest if you don't mind the tornadoes. In Nebraska it costs $2000 a year to register a small car. Breakfast in Boca Raton is 29 dollars. Iceland is expensive too. The sky in Shanghai is yellow. So good to be back home, we are lucky to live here.
